Are tours of your facility available?
Yes! We offer live FaceTime tours by appointment, so you can see our facility before you decide to leave your pet with us for grooming, daycare, or boarding. You’ll find a clean, welcoming environment, friendly staff, and plenty of room for your little (or not so little) ones to run and play. Please send us a text or email to schedule your virtual tour.
What are your hours?

Closed on all holidays and East Bridgewater Public School inclement weather closings
Monday – Friday: 9AM to 6PM
Saturday: 9AM to 12PM
Sunday: 3PM to 6PM (check-out only)
How will I be charged for boarding?
Owners are expected to pay the balance in full at check-out. Pets boarding for over 14 days will require a 50% deposit at check-in. Reservations that are shortened by 1 or more days with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged the entire original stay. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Rates are applied on a "per day" basis and begin the day your pet is checked in. This means single night stays will be charged for two days, regardless of check-in and check-out times.
What should I bring along with my pet while boarding?
Although we provide everything needed to make your pet’s stay as comfortable and stress free as possible, personal items are often a comfort to your pets while you’re away. Feel free to bring any small blankets, toys, or treats your pet may enjoy. Large comforters or dog beds, ceramic bowls, rawhide bones, and/or any other items that cannot be washed or may pose as a safety hazard should be left at home. Please bring just enough food to last throughout your pet's stay. Food can be bagged into individual servings or placed in a sealed container for our staff to measure out. Be sure to bring your pet’s current vaccination records if this is your first time boarding with us or if they have been renewed since your last stay.
What vaccinations are required for my pet?
All dogs are required to be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) immunizations. The Bordetella vaccination must be given a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
All cats are required to be current on Rabies and FVRCCP immunizations.
All pets boarding with us must be on a flea and tick preventative, and dogs must also be on a routine heart worm preventative.
Are there any age restrictions to boarding my pet?
We accept puppies and kittens that are old enough to receive the required vaccinations to board (see above). We regretfully do not take new pets over the age or 10 for boarding. We recommend reaching out to The Inn at Old Derby in Hingham, MA for your senior pet boarding needs.
Are there any breed restrictions?
We are proud to welcome dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes into our facility.
How will my pet be protected from communicable diseases?
Our facility is equipped with several air purification units that work to safely and effectively break disease-causing pathogens in the air, as well as the reservoirs where the pathogens thrive. We have a rigorous daily cleaning procedure, and our staff is trained to recognize and follow strict protocols any time a pet is suspected to be ill. In addition to requiring all pets to be up to date on vaccinations, any time we suspect the risk of a communicable illness to be high, it is our policy to let owners know.
Is the facility climate controlled?
Yes, the pet resort, daycare center, and grooming shop have both heat and central air conditioning.
How long will it take for my pet to get groomed?
Typically, we ask that you drop your pet off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. Most appointments take an average of 3 hours, depending on the breed, size, coat type, and demeanor of your pet. For dogs being groomed prior to their departure from boarding, please call ahead or specify a pick up time with our receptionist.
Why are your grooming rates not posted on the website?
Grooming rates are not advertised because we do not compete on price, rather, we compete on quality, value, and service. Every pet is different in size, coat type, and demeanor, regardless of its breed. In order for us to accurately quote you with a price on grooming, we ask that you bring your pet in so we can personally evaluate him or her. Owners whose pets are groomed on a 6–8-week schedule will notice a consistent and lower cost than those not on a schedule. Our rate for haircuts is $60/per hour. Please give us a call for grooming estimates on short hair breeds.
My pet requires special medications, is it acceptable to board him/her?
Please communicate any medical issues and/or medications to us prior to making boarding arrangements to determine if we are the best fit to care for your pet. Our managers are trained to administer most medications. At this time, we are not accepting new diabetic pets that require daily insulin injections.
What are your protocols in the event of an emergency while grooming or boarding?
In the event of an emergency, our staff has been trained to act quickly and calmly in order to provide your pet with the medical attention he or she needs. We will first assess the situation and immediately call the pet’s owner and/or emergency contact. If veterinary attention is deemed necessary, we will do our best to provide your pet with care from its primary veterinarian. If the emergency happens after hours, we are just minutes away from The New England Animal Medical Center, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
